爱斯艾尔轴承检测仪器：万能测长仪，圆度圆柱度仪

      爱期艾尔轴承年后更新了一批轴承计量设备，包括光谱分析仪，数字化粗糙仪，数字化轮廓仪，圆度圆柱度仪，金相光学显微镜，数字化光学测长仪等，企业的发展，产品质量的管控将更一步得到提升。最近我们就开始中英文简单介绍下这些仪器。

      光栅式万能测长仪是采用光栅叠栅条纹原理来测量位移。由光栅形成的叠栅条纹具有光学放大作用和误差平均效应，因而能提高测量精度。常用于校对轴承内外圈尺寸。

      The grating universal length measuring instrument adopts the principle of grating overlapping fringe to measure displacement. The grating fringe formed by grating has optical amplification and error averaging effect, so it can improve the measurement accuracy. It is often used to check the dimensions of inner and outer rings of bearings.

       圆度仪是以精密回转中心为回转基准,通过传感器测量工件不同转角位置上的实际轮廓到回转中心的半径变化量，来定量评价被测件某一横截面圆度的测量仪器。可用于测量内，外回转表面各截面轮廓的圆度，同心度和端面跳动等参数。

       圆柱度仪以精密回转中心为回转基准，精密直线运动导轨为直线测量基准，通过位于直线导轨上的位移传感器，测量圆柱体表面若干截面在不同转角位置上的实际轮廓到回转中心线的半径变化量，来定量评价圆柱体表面圆柱度的测量仪器。可用于测量圆柱体工件表面轮廓的形状误差（圆度，圆柱度，平面度和直线度)，位置误差(同心度，同轴度，跳动和垂直度）等。

       CX-9600 spectrometer is a high-performance metal components analysis instrument. It has some excellent properties such as fast, easy to use, high reliability , low cost of operation and maintenance .It can analysis the metal components of Fe, Al, Cu, Zn,Ni, Ti, Mg ,Co,Pb etc. 

The measurement principle of CX-9600 is as follows：The spark between electrode and previously prepared sample is generated under the drive of the light source module. Spark generated high temperature ,and the atoms in the metal sample is heated to an excited state. When the atoms back from the excited state to the ground state, it emit light with characteristic lines .The spectrometer analyze the intensity of light to quantify the content of each element.
